Church On The Trail 2024

Crossroads Morgantown and Fairmont will be having Church on the Trail on September 8th, 11am, at 659 Hoard Rd., Morgantown followed by lunch.  Plan to bring a side or dessert to share, lawn chairs, and picnic blankets! Invite someone, and join us at 659 Hoard Rd., Morgantown for a wonderful outdoor gathering and time of fellowship. 

For those interested, there will be a 5k and 1 mile run/walk before the gathering on September 8th, 9am beginning from 659 Hoard Rd. For more information and to register click here. 

Note: We reccomend you drive a sturdy vehicle that can handle a long and hilly gravel road.  Give yourself an additional 10 minutes to get down Hoard Rd. beyond whatever your map app tells you.  There’s also an option of coming on foot or bike via the Mon River Rail Trail from any of the trail lots to avoid the hilly and gravel section. The closest parking along the trail is the Van Voorhis trailhead lot at 1980 Van Voorhis Rd, Morgantown, WV 26508.  It’s approximately 2 miles away from the race location on the Mon River Trail.
