Parking

Parking spots are availible for lease to the general public across from the 775 Garrison Ave, Morgantown campus. The lot is about a 10 minute walk from WVU’s Downtown Campus. Leased spots must be vacated on Sundays from 6 am to 8:30 pm.

Rates

Academic School Year (Aug 1st – May 31st):

• Two payments of $250.00 due Aug 1st and Jan 1st.
• Or One payment of $400.00 due Aug 1st

A payment of $100 is required to extend the lease from June 1st-July 31st

If interested in leasing a spot,  email parking@wvcrossroads.com or call 304-449-4942 to indicate interest, and submit a signed lease agreement and payment by the payment due date. 

For new lease aggreements, late applications will be accepted. Recurring lease agreements must be received by the due date.
